I started working in the field of User Experience since before it was a field. In the mid-nineties I started making web sites when the web was just getting started. Not a fan of the limited usability back then, I swore that I would never do it for a living. Ever since, I’ve been fighting for the user.

I play in the overlap between business objectives and user needs, designing the best customer experiences to fit specific goals. My passions lie in usability and interface design, particularly in wireframes and prototypes. I am particularly fond of my rolling whiteboard at Catalyst where I work as a Digital Analyst–User Experience.
